A closer Collaboration between Gradus and Gerflor
Ingemar Jensen, previously known as Gradus’ Regional Manager of Scandinavia, has recently been assigned a new role at Gerflor. As part of the closer collaboration between Gradus and Gerflor, the goal is to combine knowledge and provide customers with better solutions. We took the time to speak with Ingemar about what this change entails and what visions he has for his new position.
With a background at Gradus and solid industry experience, Ingemar has much to offer in providing innovative solutions for public environments, especially within the healthcare sector.
– My new role, known as Key Account Manager Healthcare, involves taking a comprehensive approach to flooring and wall solutions for the healthcare sector and being a speaking partner in healthcare environments, both internally and externally with architects, specifiers, end users and buyers, explains Ingemar as he discusses the main responsibilities of his new position.
With experience spanning several years in the industry, both with Gradus and other companies, Ingemar has a unique ability to offer customers a broader and more comprehensive service:
– The role essentially involves expanding my portfolio to include flooring as well. This means that I now come in a little earlier in the process and can provide broader advice, he adds.
Better solutions for Nordic healthcare environments
Ingemar's experience at Gradus, particularly in wall protection and safety products, will be crucial in strengthening Gerflor's presence within the healthcare sector.
– For customers and stakeholders, we become a supplier that can start our offering with entrance matting, continue with flooring based on design, sustainability, durability, and hygiene aspects, he explains when discussing how his new role will impact interactions with customers.
